The Opportunity: Lead, inspire and drive commercial success across multiple territories. In this role, you will translate commercial strategy into impactful regional plans that accelerate revenue growth, strengthen customer relationships, and expand market presence. Partners with senior commercial leaders to align regional efforts with broader business objectives. Solves complex sales and operational challenges, optimizing team performance and resource deployment.
Profile: Develop and execute business strategies across multiple European markets, each with unique cultural, linguistic, and regulatory environments. Operate effectively in a matrix structure, collaborating with country sales managers and cross-functional teams to achieve commercial objectives. Inspire and align stakeholders through strong communication, influence, and leadership skills, ensuring engagement without direct authority. Key Accountabilities:
- Grow business by effectively leading and developing Customer and Distributor relationships and thus increase sales from the customers.
- To understand complexity of various markets & customer segments.
- Ensure achievement of budgeted numbers of sales, net contribution & working capital through sales team.
- Prepare Sales Forecasts, effective trend analysis and drive achievement.
- Achieves annual sales and gross margin targets.
- Develops strategies and implement plans to grow profitable sales.
- Ensuring discipline in Hygiene parameters like DSO, Finished Goods (FG) number of days, and outstanding to bring operational efficiency.
- Adherent to all the Company Policies, Procedure and business ethics and ensure they are communicating and implementing within Team.
- Collaborate with marketing team to build more and more awareness for Market.
- Understands market challenges & trends impacting the segment of the market & brings Strategic direction to grow the business.
- Evaluate, coach, and develop Sales Team and Distributors (if) and deliver strong sales growth.
- Drive transparency and accountability through improved sales pipeline, forecast management and leverage sales tools for pipeline updates & tracking.

Working Conditions - Office and Travel/ Fieldwork: 60% - 70% of the time. Physical Effort - The position is primarily sedentary, involving extended periods of computer use.
