The Opportunity: We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and detail-focused Business Support Manager to strengthen operational effectiveness across our Cambridge site. You will act as the central point of coordination for the onsite management team, leading operational support and projects to ensure flawless delivery, excellent communication flow, and precise and consistent delivery of business administration.

What you'll be doing:

  • Acting as the central coordination point and owner of administrative excellence across the team and for the customer
  • Driving best practice standards while building strong, positive relationships with all stakeholders
  • Leading on meeting management, communications, documentation, and day-to-day operations
  • Delivering a first-class onboarding experience and supporting key people processes
  • Continuously improving systems, workflows, and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Identifying, proposing, and leading cross-functional projects with structure, clarity, and strong follow-through
  • Representing the team with professionalism, credibility, and a solutions-focused mindset

What you'll bring:

  • A highly proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and take ownership
  • Strong capability to manage multiple priorities, particularly in a fast-changing environment

  • Proven experience delivering high-quality meeting management and action tracking
