What will you be doing:
We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Zoho Platform Specialist to manage, customise and enhance our use of the Zoho suite of applications. The successful candidate will work across our Teams to improve operational efficiency, automate business processes and provide technical support and training. This role is ideal for someone who understands both the technical and functional aspects of Zoho and can turn business requirements into scalable solutions.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Configure, customise and manage the full suite of Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho People, Creator, Books, Desk, Subscriptions, Marketing Automation, Campaigns and Flow as well as any others.
- Design and implement automated workflows, business rules and approval processes across various modules.
- Build and maintain custom applications in Zoho Creator using Deluge scripting.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Zoho apps and third-party platforms using APIs, webhooks and tools like Zapier.
- Create custom dashboards, reports and analytics to support data-driven decisions across Teams.
- Ensure system data integrity, consistency and security across all Zoho platforms.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely support and resolutions.
- Deliver user training, onboarding and documentation to ensure successful adoption of Zoho tools.
- Stay current with Zoho’s new features and updates, recommending enhancements where applicable.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with multiple Zoho applications.
- Strong proficiency in Deluge scripting and Zoho’s automation capabilities.
- Experience building custom applications in Zoho Creator.
- Proficient in creating and managing API integrations and third-party connections.
- Solid understanding of business processes and ability to align them with system capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to train and support end-users at various technical levels.
- Zoho certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar role working with Zoho products.
