We are looking for a commercially intelligent Internal Sales Manager to lead our US Sales Team and drive growth in one of our most dynamic markets.

What you’ll be doing:
- Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead and grow our sales operations across the US education market.
- You’ll take ownership of our sales strategy from lead generation, ensuring our team delivers exceptional customer value and sustainable revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy for the US market.
- Lead, coach and inspire the US Sales Team to meet ambitious goals.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment in marketing, product and growth strategies.
- Oversee the entire sales funnel, ensuring data integrity and accurate forecasting through CRM systems.
- Manage and optimise CRM performance, including dashboards, analytics and reporting tools, to support data-driven decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, tools, and reporting.
- Build lasting relationships with key education stakeholders, driving trust and long-term success.
- Partner with marketing to optimise lead generation and conversion.

- Proven experience leading an internal or inside sales function in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong background in B2B sales, within the education (K-12) or EdTech sector.
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems and dashboard management, with a strong understanding of sales analytics and performance tracking.
- Experience managing teams across different time zones.
- Experience in SaaS or technology-based learning solutions.
Desirable:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Education, or a related field.
