This is a senior, high-ownership role at the heart of our commercial operation. You'll set the strategy, lead the Sales Team and make sure Avantis reaches the schools and students who need us most. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead and grow our direct sales operations across the global education market. You'll take full responsibility for our direct sales strategy, ensuring the team delivers exceptional customer value and sustainable revenue growth.
You'll be the driving force behind our commercial performance, whether that's coaching the Sales Team, shaping our CRM strategy or building long-term relationships with key education stakeholders. Your job is to make sure Avantis' sales operation is as ambitious, data-driven and effective as the products we sell.
- Sales Strategy & Commercial Leadership
- Develop and execute a high-impact direct sales strategy for our global education market
- Lead, coach and inspire the US Sales Team to meet ambitious goals
- Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, tools and reporting
- Build lasting relationships with key education stakeholders, driving trust and long-term success
- CRM & Data-Driven Decision Making
- Oversee the entire sales funnel, ensuring data integrity and accurate forecasting
- Manage and optimise CRM performance, including dashboards, analytics and reporting tools
- Use insight to support evidence-based decisions at every stage of the sales process
Proven experience leading an internal or inside sales function in a fast-paced environment
Strong background in B2C sales within the education (K-12) or EdTech sector
Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset
Advanced proficiency in CRM systems and dashboard management, with a strong understanding of sales analytics and performance tracking
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Education, or a related field.
