The role is a hybrid role, however, for the right candidate remote working will be considered.

This is a senior, high-ownership role at the heart of our commercial operation. You'll set the strategy, lead the Sales Team and make sure Avantis reaches the schools and students who need us most.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead and grow our direct sales operations across the global education market. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role. You'll take full responsibility for our direct sales strategy, ensuring the team delivers exceptional customer value and sustainable revenue growth. You'll be the driving force behind our commercial performance, whether that's coaching the Sales Team, shaping our CRM strategy or building long-term relationships with key education stakeholders. Your job is to make sure Avantis' sales operation is as ambitious, data-driven and effective as the products we sell.
