The role is a hybrid role, however, for the right candidate remote working will be considered.

We are looking for a strategic, proactive and highly organised Customer Marketing Manager to lead the development and delivery of customer marketing programmes across the education market.

This role will be responsible for driving customer engagement, adoption, retention, renewal and advocacy through multi-channel marketing campaigns, lifecycle communications, events and personalised customer experiences. You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, Product and Digital teams to ensure customers receive relevant, valuable and engaging communications throughout the customer lifecycle.

You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on campaign execution and will play a key role in improving customer lifetime value, strengthening customer relationships and supporting business growth.
