What you’ll be doing: Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead and grow our sales operations across the US education market. You’ll take ownership of our sales strategy from lead generation, ensuring our team delivers exceptional customer value and sustainable revenue growth.
- Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy for the US market.
- Lead, coach and inspire the US Sales Team to meet ambitious goals.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment in marketing, product and growth strategies.
- Oversee the entire sales funnel, ensuring data integrity and accurate forecasting through CRM systems.
- Manage and optimise CRM performance, including dashboards, analytics and reporting tools, to support data-driven decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, tools, and reporting.
- Build lasting relationships with key education stakeholders, driving trust and long-term success.
- Partner with marketing to optimise lead generation and conversion.

- Strong background in B2B sales, within the education (K-12) or EdTech sector.
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems and dashboard management, with a strong understanding of sales analytics and performance tracking.
- Experience managing teams across different time zones.
- Experience in SaaS or technology-based learning solutions.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Education, or a related field.
