About Avantier Avantier Consultancy delivers complex programmes for the public sector and defence. We are Cyber Essentials Plus certified, JOSCAR-registered, a Crown Commercial Service supplier and an Armed Forces Covenant signatory. We're growing our test assurance capability and looking for an experienced Test Manager to join us in delivering high quality services to customers. The role You'll be part of a team delivering independent, impartial test engineering and assurance services supporting MOD Corsham, aligned to MOD governance and Defence Digital frameworks. This is an authority-side assurance role. Rather than running delivery testing yourself, you'll audit, assure and coordinate the testing carried out by industry partners, confirming adequacy, completeness and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. Test assurance is the core of the role. As part of a small, multi-skilled team, you may also be asked to work beyond test when the programme needs it, supporting project management, change and wider governance activity. It's a senior, autonomous position with real ownership of quality and governance across the programme lifecycle.
