Homeprotect is recruiting a Staff Engineer to shape the technical direction of the Underwriting & Pricing domain as the platform modernises. You’ll work across teams to enable quick, safe pricing and underwriting changes with autonomy and influence beyond a single team.
You will own architecture decisions, define standards, mentor engineers and partner with product, actuarial and commercial colleagues to translate pricing strategy into implementable solutions.
