Avanti Recruitment is working with a digital signage software company based in Bracknell. We are looking for an autonomous mid level Software Developer to play a key part in the design, development and maintenance of core software applications. You will work in a small and close knit team alongside a designer, support manager and product owner. There is scope to progress into a leadership role over time and lots of new projects to work on, as well as maintenance of existing products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software applications using Node.js, TypeScript, and React.
- Write clean, well-documented and testable code.
- Contribute to the improvement of our development processes and tools.
Skills and Experience:
- Good experience with Node.js, TypeScript and React.
- Experience of relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar) and NoSQL databases (DynamoDB or similar).
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
