Avanti Grange Secondary School is seeking to appoint a reliable and organised Science Technician to support the delivery of practical science across our school. This is an excellent opportunity to join a school rated Outstanding in all areas by Ofsted in May 2025. What will you do?

  • Prepare equipment and materials for lessons, maintain laboratories and preparation rooms
  • Provide practical support to the Science Department on a day-to-day basis.
  • All technical work is carried out in accordance with CLEAPSS guidance and COSHH regulations.
  • Build effective professional relationships across the school community.
