Job Description

I am currently working with a start-up that is leading in the sustainability sector and is currently looking for a Ruby Developer to join the team. They have had recent funding and are looking to grow their team, meaning there are excellent career opportunities.

The company are currently a provider of employee benefits. They have tapped into some high-profile SMEs and are looking at widening their profile and the benefit opportunities they can provide.

They work in an agile environment with regular testing and work on a tech stack of Ruby on Rails, JavaScript (React), with PostgreSQL. They also work with Rspec for testing Heroku and AWS. There are lots of training and learning opportunities as well as the scope to progress your career as a Ruby Developer.

They are currently in the process of expanding the in-house Development Team as they transition away from a third party team, as a Ruby Developer you will be working on many different Greenfield projects as they expand their current products and you would be able to add valuable input into the future of the project, so this is definitely a role where you will be heard and valued.
