A global engineering and infrastructure organisation is seeking an experienced Plant Production Manager to lead shift-based manufacturing teams within a highly specialised industrial production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong operational leader with experience managing people, driving production performance, and maintaining high Health & Safety and quality standards within manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage shift-based production teams
- Ensure production targets and schedules are achieved
- Drive Health & Safety and Quality compliance
- Manage performance, absence, investigations, and disciplinary processes
- Support Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Monitor operational KPIs and team performance
- Coordinate with engineering, quality, maintenance, and support teams
- Coach and develop production staff

Package
- £60,000 - £68,000 salary
- 12.5% bonus
- £6,120 car allowance
- 37.5-hour working week
- 4-day shift rotation

Shift Pattern
- Days: Friday to Monday 07:00 - 17:30
- Nights: Friday to Monday 19:00 - 05:30
- Tuesday to Thursday off.
