Job Title: PCB Design Engineer

Job Type: Contract / 6 Months (Inside IR35)

Location: East London

Rate: £45 (Inside IR35)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Design Engineer (PCB Design) to support the development, qualification, and documentation of hardware

Key Responsibilities

  • Create PCB layouts from schematics using Altium
  • Develop complex, multi-layer PCB designs, and power electronics applications.
  • Optimise designs for signal integrity, thermal management
  • Generate outputs (Gerbers, fabrication drawings, BOMs)
  • Collaborate with hardware,and production teams through design reviews and validation.
  • Troubleshoot and validate PCB designs.
  • PCB design, tools, and best practices.
  • PSpice MATLAB,, LTSpice

Essential

  • Altium Designer & Zuken CR5000
  • 5 years of PCB design experience in R&D
  • Strong background in high-speed, multi-layer PCB layouts and power electronics
  • signal integrity, DFx, EMC,
  • Schematic capture and design documentation skills.
