What You'll Do
- Own the entire Odoo platform – be the go-to expert for a business-critical system
- Develop custom solutions across Sales, Manufacturing, Inventory and Accounting modules
- Build integrations with external platforms and APIs
- Create reports and dashboards that drive business decisions
- Work directly with stakeholders to understand and deliver business requirements
What You Need
- 2-3+ years Python development experience
- Strong web technologies knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Database experience (PostgreSQL preferred)
- Self-motivated – you'll work independently with minimal supervision
- Problem-solving mindset – you'll be the person people turn to for solutions
