We're recruiting for two Full-Stack .NET Developers, one Mid-Level and one Senior, to join an established digital business in Manchester.
/n
You'll work within a client-focused development team delivering and supporting digital solutions across a large and varied customer base. Rather than spending all your time maintaining a single product, you'll work across different projects and technical challenges in small development teams.

The Role
/n
Depending on your level of experience, your responsibilities will include:
/n
/n
- Full-stack development using C# and modern .NET
/n
- Building and integrating Web APIs
/n
- Working with SQL Server
/n
- Front-end development using JavaScript and TypeScript
/n
- Developing and supporting CMS-driven websites and applications
/n
- Working across multiple client projects
/n
- Translating requirements and user stories into working software
/n
- Maintaining code quality through code reviews, testing and CI/CD
/n
- Contributing to technical decisions and development best practice
/n
/n
What We're Looking For
/n
You'll need a strong commercial background in C#/.NET development and experience working across both back-end and front-end development.
/n
CMS experience is important for these positions, with experience of Umbraco particularly attractive. Experience with Kentico or another .NET-based CMS would also be relevant.
/n
Previous experience working for a digital agency or consultancy would be a significant advantage because of the varied, client-led nature of the work.
/n

React experience is not required.
/n
For the Mid-Level position, we're generally looking for 2+ years of relevant commercial development experience.
/n
For the Senior position, you'll need a stronger depth of commercial .NET experience and the ability to operate effectively at senior level across client projects.
/n
A strong academic background in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline will also be valued.
/n
Working Environment
/n
This is a permanent position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with core hours of 10am to 4pm.
/n
The business operates a flexible hybrid model requiring two days per week in its Manchester city centre office. These are not fixed office days.
/n
There is a strong emphasis on continued technical development. Developers receive a dedicated CPD programme with at least five allocated training days per year, alongside a training budget.

Senior .NET Developer: circa £55,000
