Avanti Recruitment is partnering with a small but well-established business based in Manchester, which is looking for a .NET Developer to join their compact development team as their third in-house developer.
You’d be working closely with the Technical Lead (one of the co-founders), contributing to a range of projects — from core legacy systems to modern frontend apps. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys autonomy, problem-solving, and wants a real say in how things are built.
The Tech Stack:
- Microsoft C#
- ASP.NET MVC
- WinForms
- Some exposure to React and Shopify apps on newer products
While the core stack isn’t changing anytime soon, there’s plenty of scope to get involved with newer tech where it makes sense. You’ll have the best of both worlds: stable systems and fresh projects.
What They’re Looking For:
- Solid experience in C#, MVC, and WinForms
- Bonus worked on eCommerce platforms (like Shopify), Magento or Ecommerce
Hybrid Working:
- Just 1 day per week in the Manchester office — remote-first setup
Salary & Benefits
- £50,000 starting salary
