Avanti is working with a successful fintech in London who are growing their development team and shipping complete features weekly using AI tools. You will work directly with customers, own what you build from concept to production, and learn from a Principal Engineer. This is for recent grads who want to skip the 12-month training program and start shipping real features from week one.
What You'll Actually Do
- Build and ship full features (frontend, backend, everything) in 1-week cycles
- Use Claude/Copilot/Cursor to code 3x faster than traditional development
- Talk to actual customers, understand their problems, build solutions
- Work in a room with your team (3 days/week London), pair programme, learn constantly
You Need
- AI Native Development experience
- CS degree or equivalent with solid coding fundamentals
- Experience with C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, or similar
- Hungry to learn, comfortable with ambiguity, ship-it mentality
