What You'll Actually Do

- Run multiple AI agents while you architect solutions - Claude handles boilerplate, you handle thinking.
- Talk to real users. Monday you understand the problem. Friday they're using what you built.
- Work with 4-5 people who move the same speed as you (3 days/week London, actually in a room together).
