A successful, privately owned financial technology business is looking to appoint an experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Manager to take ownership of its Microsoft cloud infrastructure, modern workplace environment and operational resilience. This is a genuine hands-on leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of the IT function.
You'll lead a small internal infrastructure team whilst remaining technically involved, working across Azure, Microsoft 365, security, networking, disaster recovery and supplier management. The business is investing heavily in technology, automation and AI, making this an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation where IT is viewed as a strategic function rather than simply a support service.
What You'll Be Doing
