About The Role
Are you a reliable, hands-on team player with a passion for great service and high standards? We are looking for a General Assistant to join our hardworking catering team, supporting both kitchen and front-of-house operations to ensure everything runs smoothly day to day. From preparing and packing delicious meals to keeping our service areas spotless and organised, you will play a key role in maintaining the quality, hygiene and efficiency we are known for. Working closely with the Chef Manager and other colleagues, you will help create a welcoming and well-run environment where teamwork, pride and attention to detail make all the difference.
What will you do?
- Preparation of meals and or packing, observing all Quality, Hygiene and Food Safety requirements.
- Prepare all types of food in line with kitchen requirements or to pack meals as needed.
- Liaise and co-operate with the Chef manager and the Front of house manager, to follow and respect their request and orders.
- Assist in all aspects of the day-to-day duties in the kitchen and Front of House, ensuring that the required catering service is successfully delivered on a daily basis. This includes working as an effective team member.
