Full Stack .NET Developer
Location: South Yorkshire, Sheffield
Salary: £38,000–£48,000 Bonuses Private Medical

Are you a hands-on .NET Developer looking to work across the full software lifecycle? Want to be part of a business where your work has a real-world impact?
An established UK-based software and IT consultancy, known for building tailored operational systems across sensitive and high-trust sectors, is looking to grow its team. You’ll join a highly stable and people-focused company with long-term client relationships and an incredibly low turnover rate (only one departure in ten years).
You’ll work closely with customers to understand their needs, shape requirements, and develop fully bespoke systems — no off-the-shelf products, no rigid specs. This is a chance to take ownership and be part of something meaningful.
What You'll Do
- Build, rewrite and enhance internal and external systems using .NET technologies
- Engage directly with clients to understand operational requirements
- Work on everything from backend to frontend, deployment to documentation
- Collaborate with a small, experienced development team
What You’ll Need
- Experience with .NET, C#, SQL and ideally VB.NET
- Understanding of the full software development lifecycle
- A valid UK driving licence and your own transport
- Eligibility for UK Government SC Clearance (5 years UK residency, clean credit record)
Desirable Extras
- Exposure to Node.js, JavaScript, Azure or Android development
- Interest in infrastructure, consultancy, or image processing
