The Role
- You will lead the design and development of complex mechanical and electromechanical systems from concept through to production.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical and electromechanical design activities across complex engineering projects.
- Support full product lifecycle development from concept to production.

- Support DFMEA, validation, change control and release activities.
- Ensure designs meet engineering, manufacturing and quality standards.

- Strong experience within mechanical or electromechanical product development.
- Excellent CAD and technical drawing capability.
- Strong GD&T and engineering fundamentals.
- Experience using FEA to support design decisions.
- Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes.
- Experience leading technically complex engineering activities.
- Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Experience within automotive, EV, motorsport, aerospace or other advanced engineering sectors would be highly beneficial.
