My client, an established engineering organisation operating within a highly specialised technical domain is seeking to strengthen its production capabilities through the addition of an Electronics Test Lead. The business works across complex system environments, delivering configurable hardware solutions into regulated and performance-critical sectors. With a long-standing presence in its field, it continues to support a range of programmes requiring precision, reliability, and ongoing technical development.
THE ROLE
This is a hands-on, technically focused position where you will take ownership of the test function within a production workshop. You will be responsible for ensuring that complex electromechanical systems are fully tested, fault-free, and ready for release. This role goes beyond testing alone, requiring strong diagnostic skills and the ability to resolve issues at component level. You will act as the technical lead for all test activities, ensuring quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the function.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
