We're recruiting on behalf of an innovative technology business developing cutting-edge industrial sensing technology used by manufacturers around the world.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electronic Engineer to join a growing R D team working on the next generation of intelligent sensor technology.
You'll play a key role across the full product development lifecycle, from circuit design and PCB development through to embedded firmware, testing and product validation.
Working within a collaborative engineering environment, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to genuinely innovative products while enjoying a high degree of autonomy and flexibility.
You'll only need to attend the Birmingham office once a fortnight on a Friday for team meetings.
What We're Looking For We're interested in engineers with commercial experience in areas such as: Analogue and digital electronics.
PCB design and layout.
Circuit design and simulation.
Embedded firmware development.
C programming.
Digital Signal Processing (DSP).
Design for manufacture.
EMC awareness.
Altium or Ki Cad.
Experience with any of the following would also be advantageous: ATEX design.
Environmental testing standards.
Siemens S7 PLCs.
