We’re working with a growing, family-run business in Luton who are investing heavily in technology and automation. They’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to join a small, hands-on team working across internal systems, integrations, and new AI-driven projects.
The Role
You’ll be working closely with a senior developer to build and improve systems that manage the full lifecycle of repair and maintenance jobs — from initial call through to invoicing. There’s also a strong focus on automation and AI, with projects already underway to streamline processes such as call handling and operational workflows.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and maintaining applications using C# / .NET Core
- Developing and integrating REST APIs
- Working on front-end features using React (or similar frameworks)
- Supporting and improving existing internal systems
- Contributing to new automation and AI-driven projects
What They’re Looking For
- Commercial experience with C# and .NET (ideally .NET Core)
- Frontend experience (React preferred, Angular/JS also considered)
- Experience building or consuming APIs
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
