Avanti West Coast is seeking an ambitious Head of Sales & Distribution to lead a high-performing team and shape our sales and distribution strategy across multiple channels, driving growth on the West Coast mainline. You will develop partnerships with trade bodies, corporate clients and travel partners, evolve direct retail channels and deliver measurable revenue improvements.

As part of the Commercial SLT, you will influence external partners, manage suppliers to KPI targets and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.
