We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Revenue Protection Officer - London Euston - Talent Bank. No day on the railway is the same, with over 500,000 customers travelling on our network weekly. Our Revenue Protection Officers are COMMITTED to keeping our customers safe at the station and play a vital role in keeping the network moving seamlessly. In this role, you can bring your AUTHENTIC self to make our customers' experience memorable as they travel through our stations.

Responsibilities:

  • Be a Hero of Safety and Professionalism: Ensure our customers enjoy a secure and professional travel experience.
  • Team Up for a Smooth Journey: Work alongside On-Board and Station teams to provide a safe, relaxing journey for all.
  • Boost Our Success: Protect our revenue and help increase our market share with your outstanding customer service skills.
  • Lead with Excellence: Follow guidance from the Head of Security & Revenue Protection, ensuring clear communication and top-notch safety.
  • Be the Go-To Support: Assist customers during their travels, especially during disruptions and emergencies, offering accurate information and unwavering support.
