We are on the lookout for a Revenue Analyst to join our dynamic Revenue Management team.

Your Role In The Journey

You will help drive revenue across our routes by managing a portfolio of trains. Using insight, analysis, and smart pricing decisions, you will maximise revenue and returns while helping to manage overcrowding and improve the customer experience.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Developing revenue strategies for a group of trains within a specific region, taking into account competition, major events, and value for money messaging customer behaviour.
  • Making pricing adjustments using decision-support tools and the Revenue Management System.
  • Collaborating across the business, working closely with teams including Group Sales, Commercial Timetable, Strategic Analysis, Business Analysis, and Commercial Partnerships.
  • Supporting and leading projects that form part of our Annual Business Plan.
