Your role in the journey: You’ll help drive revenue across our routes by managing a portfolio of trains. Using insight, analysis, and smart pricing decisions, you’ll maximise revenue and returns all while helping to manage overcrowding and improve the customer experience.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Developing revenue strategies for a group of trains within a specific region, taking into account competition, major events, and value for money messaging customer behaviour
  • Making pricing adjustments using decision-support tools and the Revenue Management System
  • Collaborating across the business, working closely with teams including Group Sales, Commercial Timetable, Strategic Analysis, Business Analysis, and Commercial Partnerships
  • Supporting and leading projects that form part of our Annual Business Plan
