We’re building our Station Manager Talent Bank in the North West and are looking for experienced people leaders and business managers to join us at Avanti West Coast. Our North West stations include Crewe, Warrington Bank Quay, Wigan North Western, Stockport, Stoke-on-Trent, Macclesfield, Preston, Liverpool and Runcorn.
As a Station Manager, you’ll take full accountability for your station — leading teams, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving operational excellence. You’ll champion our ambition to be the transport provider of choice, connecting customers and communities along the West Coast.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and developing high-performing teams
- Creating a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance
- Managing station performance, budgets and revenue
- Leading through disruption to keep customers moving
