Marketing Communications Manager

We are on the hunt for a creative, driven Marketing Communications Manager to join our team and help bring our brand to life in exciting new ways.

Working closely with our Head of Marketing Communications, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering bold, integrated campaigns that connect with our audiences and make a real impact. If you love turning ideas into action and strategies into standout campaigns, this could be your perfect next move.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading campaign development across B2B, food and beverage, VIP and Group sales, as well as our high‑profile Safety campaign, using insight and feedback to refine campaigns and maximise impact.
• Driving brand consideration, identifying the best channels to amplify our message and maximise reach.
• Supporting the rollout of industry‑wide campaigns, ensuring messaging and assets work effectively across our channels.
• Managing our owned channels, including station posters and onboard screens, working with teams in Marketing and Communications to ensure the right messages are in the right places, at the right time.
• Bringing fresh ideas to the table and turning them into compelling marketing materials and media kits.
• Managing and developing Marketing Communications Executive, setting priorities, coaching performance and championing great work.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience creating briefs and delivering impactful, through-the-line marketing campaigns that boost brand consideration and revenue.
• Someone super organised who can juggle multiple projects and keep everything on track.
• A natural communicator with strong interpersonal, presentation, and influencing skills.
