We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Revenue Protection officer - London Euston - Talent Bank. At Avanti West Coast it is our mission to be the transport of choice, connecting our customers and communities across the West Coast.

Our Revenue Protection Officers are COMMITTED to keeping our customers safe at the station and play a vital role in keeping the network moving seamlessly.

As a revenue protection officer, you will:

  • Be a Hero of Safety and Professionalism: Ensure our customers enjoy a secure and professional travel experience.
  • Team Up for a Smooth Journey: Work alongside On-Board and Station teams to provide a safe, relaxing journey for all.
  • Boost Our Success: Protect our revenue and help increase our market share with your outstanding customer service skills.
  • Lead with Excellence: Follow guidance from the Head of Security & Revenue Protection, ensuring clear communication and top-notch safety.
  • Be the Go-To Support: Assist customers during their travels, especially during disruptions and emergencies, offering accurate information and unwavering support.

Training will be provided. If successful with your application you will be placed in a Talent Bank, and offered a role as and when they arise.

As well as working with a fantastic team at London Euston you will also receive:
