Catering Systems Support Partner to become the dedicated business-facing expert for our Catering Experience (CEX) digital systems.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of our catering operation, supporting colleagues, suppliers, and technical teams while driving continuous improvement across our onboard and lounge catering systems.
What You’ll Be Doing
As the Catering Systems Support Partner, you will take ownership of the systems and processes that enable our catering teams to deliver outstanding service to customers every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage POSIM hardware and devices, including train-based equipment, accessories, and replacement processes.
- Lead the support, development, and continuous improvement of catering digital systems and operational processes.
- Coordinate system testing, upgrades, and enhancements to improve usability and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate EPOS and product information, including pricing, product descriptions, nutritional and allergen data, imagery, and stock substitutions.
- Conduct and support digital and physical audits to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
- Build strong relationships with operational colleagues, suppliers, and technology teams to gather feedback and drive improvements.
- Champion user experience by identifying opportunities for innovation and developing business cases for change.
- Support and maintain catering-related intranet content, ensuring information remains current, accessible, and relevant.
- Work closely with Contract Managers to maximise supplier performance and ensure operational issues are effectively managed.
- Support the implementation of catering initiatives, including menu launches, equipment changes, and operational projects.
- Contribute to development and delivery workstreams while supporting special events and unscheduled train services.
