At Avanti West Coast, it is our mission to be the transport of choice, connecting our customers and communities across the West Coast.

Every day on the railway brings something new. With over 500,000 customers travelling on our network each week, our Onboard Customer Service Assistants are essential in ensuring passengers stay refreshed and comfortable. Whether selling refreshments from the Onboard shop or providing exceptional at-seat service with our delightful range of food and drinks in First Class, they help make journeys at 125mph a pleasant experience.

As an Onboard Customer Service Assistant, you will have:
