We’re looking for a Business Improvement Manager to drive smarter decision making and continuous improvement across the business. This is a high-impact role where you’ll turn data and insight into action, partner with senior stakeholders, and help shape strategic planning. You’ll play a key role in improving how we measure performance, build business cases, and deliver meaningful insights that influence real outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to reporting, tools, and processes—making insights faster, clearer, and more impactful.
- Turn Data into Insight: Ensure high-quality, reliable data (both qualitative and quantitative) underpins business planning and strategic decisions.
- Partner with Stakeholders: Work closely with teams across the business to understand priorities, support planning cycles, and develop robust business cases.
- Embed Best Practice: Champion proven methodologies and tools, bringing in best practice from internal teams and external partners to improve consistency, efficiency, and innovation.
- Deliver High-Quality Reporting: Own the delivery of recurring and ad hoc reporting, ensuring outputs are timely, accurate, and aligned to business needs—including key submissions such as Performance-Based Fee scorecards.
- Ensure Compliance and Governance: Maintain strong standards across data handling and reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory, contractual, and internal requirements.
