We have an exciting opportunity for an Onboard Route Support based at Holyhead. Are you a proactive, organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for someone just like you to join our Holyhead team in a vital Route Support role, working closely with our On-Board colleagues. This is more than just a desk job; you’ll be the heartbeat of our operations, ensuring smooth communication, timely support, and a consistent presence for our frontline teams. Together, we’ll make sure the right people are in the right place, doing the right thing.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting our frontline teams with day-to-day operational needs.
  • Ensuring safety-critical notices and essential equipment are always up to date.
  • Acting as a key link between management and frontline colleagues.
  • Managing logistical tasks and adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Maintaining confidentiality while juggling multiple responsibilities.

What You’ll Bring:

Flexibility is key. While the role is primarily office-based, you may be needed during unsocial hours or weekends to support our 24/7 operation.
