We have an exciting opportunity to join the Polmadie Driver team as a Driver Instructor.
As a Driver Instructor you will contribute to the professional development and assessment of trainee and new Qualified drivers through instructing, coaching and supporting to meet company and industry standards.
We are looking for colleagues who:
- are a Polmadiebased driver with at least 3 years driving experience.
- have a professional driving record with good safety of the line history
- can demonstrate good employee qualities such as reliability, punctuality and smart appearance
- have good interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
- have a positive relationship with the local management team
- are willing to work towards and achieve a relevant instructor qualification.
