We’re on the lookout for a Business Data Strategy Manager to shape and deliver our data strategy, ensuring it drives both business success and industry innovation.
Our Business Intelligence Team plays a key role in this mission, managing the data infrastructure and architecture that power informed decision-making. From day-to-day operations and database performance to data modelling and Power BI visualisation, we make sure data is accessible, reliable, and meaningful.
As our Business Data Strategy Manager, you’ll lead the charge in creating a data-driven culture, championing initiatives that enable smarter decisions, strengthen governance, and foster open collaboration across the industry.
What you’ll be doing:
- Designing and implementing a robust data strategy aligned with business and industry goals.
- Leading data governance frameworks and building a strong community of data owners.
- Driving compliance and data privacy standards, including GDPR.
- Partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver impactful, data-led initiatives.
- Promoting data literacy and accessibility across the organisation.
What you’ll bring:
- Strong expertise in data platforms, architecture, modelling, and engineering.
- Proven experience in data analytics, governance, and strategy delivery.
- Familiarity with Power BI and other reporting tools.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Relevant qualifications in Data Analytics, Strategy, or Data Science.
