What you’ll do:
- Partner with teams to identify opportunities and define change requirements
- Collaborate with Project Managers and stakeholders to support project delivery
- Create, review, and refine business requirements, specifications, and processes
- Analyse systems and data to uncover insights and improvements
- Develop functional and system design specifications
- Design and support test plans, including unit and user acceptance testing
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals
- Champion innovation and enhance the customer experience
Who you are:
- Experienced in Business Analysis or a similar analytical role
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communicator with stakeholder engagement expertise
- Knowledgeable in IT systems, architecture, and integrations
