Please note that this role offers flexible working across our network. However, you will need to attend our Birmingham office twice per month.

We're looking for a proactive and organised ACMS Support Administrator to provide operational support for our ACMS database and ensure colleagues across the business are confident and capable in using the system.

Working closely with frontline teams, managers, IT and external suppliers, you'll play a key role in maintaining the ACMS database, supporting system users, identifying process improvements, and helping drive the transition from paper-based to digital processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line operational support and guidance for ACMS users.
  • Deliver depot support sessions and assist ACMS Champions with advanced system knowledge.
  • Maintain the ACMS database, ensuring colleague records are accurate and up to date.
  • Produce reports and management information to support operational and safety performance.
  • Manage the electronic Document Distribution library and maintain current documentation.
  • Work with IT and AssessTech to test system updates, report issues and support new functionality.
  • Support compliance activities, including train driving licence administration and audit requirements.
  • Deliver training and guidance to colleagues to maximise effective use of ACMS.

You'll be an excellent communicator with strong administrative and organisational skills, confident working with databases and producing reports. You'll enjoy solving problems, supporting colleagues and driving continuous improvement through technology.
