Technical Administrator required to join an Engineering Team, based at East Midlands Gateway. Salary Circa £22 -£25K dependent on experience, working Monday to Friday. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a well-established engineering company, supporting the Site Engineering Team with all technical administrative tasks.
The Role
- Organisation of the workshop, stores, and COSHH stock levels and storage areas.
- Responsibility for spare parts and consumable ordering, receipt of deliveries, inventory management and stock taking tasks.
- Liaising with Human resources regarding employment/pay queries.
- Maintain site training matrix and records.
- This is a customer facing role, so you will be required to keep customers up to date at all times.
- Spreadsheet and Report creation.
- Stock level management.
