Avanti Brook is a brandânew, stateâofâtheâart primary school in Bishopâs Stortford. Surrounded by fields and new housing estates, the school is a centre for the new community developing in the north of Bishopâs Stortford. What will you do?
- Deliver the curriculum, prepare teaching materials, and ensure high standards of literacy and student progress.
- Establish a safe and stimulating environment, manage classroom behaviour, and promote student wellâbeing.
- Use assessment data to monitor student progress, set targets, and plan lessons.
- Collaborate with colleagues, participate in professional development, and communicate effectively with parents and external bodies.
- Promote and safeguard the welfare of students, ensuring compliance with school policies and protocols.
