Avanti Brook is a brand‑new, state‑of‑the‑art primary school in Bishop’s Stortford. Surrounded by fields and new housing estates, the school is a centre for the new community developing in the north of Bishop’s Stortford. What will you do?

• Deliver the curriculum, prepare teaching materials, and ensure high standards of literacy and student progress.
• Establish a safe and stimulating environment, manage classroom behaviour, and promote student well‑being.
• Use assessment data to monitor student progress, set targets, and plan lessons.
• Collaborate with colleagues, participate in professional development, and communicate effectively with parents and external bodies.
• Promote and safeguard the welfare of students, ensuring compliance with school policies and protocols.
