What will you do? Plan, deliver and assess engaging, inclusive lessons that enable all pupils to achieve their full potential. Create a safe, respectful and stimulating learning environment rooted in the values and ethos of the Avanti Schools Trust. Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external partners to support pupils’ academic progress and wellbeing. Promote high standards of behaviour, attendance and personal responsibility among all learners. Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute positively to the wider life of the school community. Promote and safeguard the welfare of students, ensuring compliance with school policies and protocols.
