As a key member of our school, you will plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons tailored to pupils’ needs, using effective assessment to drive progress and personalise learning. You will take responsibility for pupils’ attainment, behaviour and wellbeing, creating a stimulating environment where children are enthusiastic, independent learners. Safeguarding will be central to your practice, and you will consistently uphold the highest standards of conduct and professionalism.
Collaboration is at the heart of our approach, you will work closely with colleagues, parents, external agencies and Trust partners to provide a cohesive, supportive experience for pupils. What will you do?
- Deliver the curriculum, prepare teaching materials, and ensure high standards of literacy and student progress.

- Use assessment data to monitor student progress, set targets, and plan lessons.
- Collaborate with colleagues, participate in professional development, and communicate effectively with parents and external bodies.
- Promote and safeguard the welfare of students, ensuring compliance with school policies and protocols.
