Avanti Gardens is seeking a passionate Learning Coach to support our 2–3-year-old nursery and primary phase.

You will assist class teachers, build strong relationships with pupils including those with SEND or English as an additional language, and collaborate with external professionals on targeted interventions to drive pupil progress.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality classroom support, promoting wellbeing, and helping pupils access an engaging curriculum in a values-led school.
