Requirements
- 5 to 8+ years of product experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, workflow software, CRM, data products, martech, fintech or similar.
- Experience owning the product discovery process, product roadmap and product outcomes.
- Strong product discovery skills and commercial instincts.
- Ability to simplify complex workflows.
- Track record of improving product adoption and retention, not just shipping features.
- Experience working in a scale-up or founder-led business and confidence to challenge senior stakeholders when the evidence supports it.
- Experience working directly with customers and with internal software, data and AI teams.
- Senior enough to challenge Senior Management and C-Suite, while remaining hands-on.
- Commercially minded, practical, low-ego, fast-moving and comfortable with ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Own discovery across a suite of B2B SaaS products.
- Spend time with clients and translate what we learn into clear, prioritised product decisions.
- Set success metrics before anything goes into build.
- Review adoption and retention data to understand what is working.
- Determine when something should be simplified, paused or stopped.
- Decide what should be built, in what order, and why.
- Work closely with the CEO, clients, sales, customer success, design and engineering to improve product decisions.
