Position Overview
As Senior Mechanical Designer, you will provide expert technical direction and quality oversight at our client's secure facility. This role encompasses the development and management of sophisticated 2D and 3D designs throughout the entire product lifecycle—from initial concept to final manufacturing. Working in a highly regulated nuclear environment, you'll collaborate with specialists across multiple disciplines to establish and maintain design governance systems that ensure exceptional technical standards across all project phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and assess advanced 2D/3D mechanical systems for specialized nuclear processing applications
- Lead technical project advancement, solving complex design problems and enhancing engineering solutions
