About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure & Support Specialist to join our client\’s team in the Wembley area. This is an excellent opportunity for a technical support professional specializing in Windows environments, IT infrastructure management, and system optimization.

Package

• Holiday: 25 days annual leave
• Location: Onsite in Wembley, London

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office environments
• Manage and administer Windows Server infrastructure
• Implement and maintain backup and recovery solutions
• Oversee network and security management protocols
• Assist with hardware and software procurement processes

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)
• Knowledge of virtualization platforms
• Networking expertise
• Cyber security proficiency
• MS SQL Server experience
• Basic scripting capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft)
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• ITIL certification
